25 Years of Pushing Performance

HARTING Inc. of North America celebrates a milestone with its 25^th anniversary. This event will be especially memorable for the HARTING North American team, as the company has recently accomplished noteworthy achievements including being presented earlier this year with the Product of the Year Award for its Han-Yellock^® connector. The North American subsidiary has planned a formal dinner party to honor the owners, Mr. Dietmar Harting and Mrs. Margrit Harting - who will be flying in from Germany for the special occasion.

Originally located in Hoffman Estates, HARTING Inc. of North America moved to its Elgin location in 1996 to make room for large customers like Ford and Motorola. The North American subsidiary has steadily made a footprint in the connector industry, focusing on building strong relationships with its customers and employees. Lead by Mr. Rolf Meyer, President and CEO, the company manages sales in the U.S.A., Canada and Mexico. The Elgin plant is of one of only three HARTING locations that manufactures the HIS product line and custom cable assemblies.

Remaining hopeful for an even more prosperous future, owner Margrit Harting has taken the time to thank those who have participated in HARTING Inc. of North America’s success, stating, “We appreciate very much the efforts you make and the results you achieve.”
