About kernel.org and 3.x kernels

I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but at kernel.org, the
latest snapshot points to the 2.6.39-git20 snapshot. Shouldn't it be
pointing to the latest 3.0-rc2-git snapshot?

Thanks,

While we are at it: The linux-2.6-stable repo is also behind: last
commit was on 2011/5/31, it contains neither 2.6.39.1 nor 3.0-rc2.
