Add Action Pan to word addin

I would like to add an action pan (i think that is the way it called - like
the "Get Started" part) to my word add-in. C#/.Net

You don't give us a lot of information...

Action panes are either part of SmartDocuments, or the new VSTO 2005. You
can't create them as parts of addins, I don't think. Although there is
something called the Information Bridge Framework that might help - I've never
really looked at that in detail. Try searching that on msdn and see what you
come up with.
