Amcom Software, Inc. today announced that Amcom Messenger has been certified by Ascom for use with their series of wireless phones utilizing Ascom OAPv4 capabilities. Amcom Messenger sends critical alarms and alerts from systems such as nurse call, patient monitoring, and building security to staff’s wireless devices, now including Ascom handsets. This speed of critical information sharing helps ensure the right person receives the appropriate notification and can respond quickly.

The Ascom certification for Amcom Messenger 4.1 is in addition to the wide variety of options Amcom Software customers currently have for staff messaging. These include pagers, leading wireless devices, smartphones, cellular phones, and email systems.
