This is a joke, right? That would be like hammering a nail with a
garden hose.
Disk and file table issues such those found by chkdsk have NOTHING at
all to do with Windows registry. Besides the fact that registry
cleaners are of little benefit to the system, it would have no effect
on this specific problem.
Index Entries has nothing to do with the Registry. Do NOT touch the registry unless
you are looking to have problems. All Registry Tools are snake oil remedies and
cleaning the registry will not give you any better performance or save any space.

Two points:
1. The registry and the errors that Chkdsk has found are completely
unrelated.
2. There are *no* good registry cleaners. Registry cleaning programs
are *all* snake oil. Cleaning of the registry isn't needed and is
dangerous. Leave the registry alone and don't use any registry
cleaner. Despite what many people think, and what vendors of registry
cleaning software try to convince you of, having unused registry
entries doesn't really hurt you.
The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner erroneously
removing an entry you need is far greater than any potential benefit
it may have.
