While the original reporter of bug #656943 did his best to prepare a patch
which follows DEP-3 [1], he didn't have in advance all the required
information to complete the patch header fields (e.g. bug number) as prescirbed
by DEP-3, also claimed by the patch itself. OTOH, you have all the needed data
to complete, at least:
