Bug#665093: nodejs and openssl

June 29th, 2012 - 07:10 pm ET by Matt Taggart | Report spam
Hi debian openssl maintainers,

The bug

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugr...i?bugf5093

is asking for some help on an openssl node.js issue, can you take a
look?

(the bug was also forwarded to a git pull request which is now closed, but
I don't understand if that fixes the issue or not)

This bug is holding the nodejs package from entering testing.

Thanks,

Matt Taggart

That bug is "worked around" by nodejs.
I still don't know if it's an openssl or nodejs bug.

This bug is holding the nodejs package from entering testing.

It doesn't, severity is normal.

Jérémy.

All it says is "broken with openssl 1.0.1". That's very helpful.

Please give the command line that you tried to use, and say what
goes wrong like an error message.

Ah OK, I started by looking at #665237 (serious) which references this bug
and I got confused.
