I have just gotten WLM and I cannot find the "check email" button. How do
you check email aside from it doing it on its own? Thanks for any help.

Is this version 2011? There is a Send/Receive button on the toolbar when
in the Home Tab, and F5 does it too.

That's a whole different look. IIRC, it was the Sync button that did it in
