Need VB formula to execute form

I need VB code to execute the form straight away when the file is open
instead of click the button on the sheet to execute the form. Any
solution?

Look in the ThisWorkbook module for workbook_open

Cheer Don. It work. Can you help with 1 more formula. I want the work
book to be closed when press the close button. Do you know what is the
formula?
