Reopen previously closed windows in Outlook 2007

December 02nd, 2011 - 12:48 pm ET by Bibif | Report spam
Hi,

Before SP3 of Outlook 2007, it was possible to automacially reopen windows
previously closed through File->Exit. (Typically a mail windows, a calendar
one,...)

Since SP3, this nice facility does not work anymore: Outlook 2007 opens ONE
windows only, and you need to manually open other windows, as well as
manually set their display parameters.

Any solution ?

Thanks a lot,

Bibif

Open in New Window does work, but after I opened several windows this way
(mail, calendar, notes,..), when I close OL2007 (File->Exit), all open
windows close normally, but do not open again at next OL2007 launch, as they
did BEFORE SP3 (only main OL window opens).

So I need to manually open other windows, as well as manually set their
display parameters.

For what it's worth, the behavior is the same in Outlook 2010. I guess it
must be an intentional change then.
