Hi,

i want to resolve a url / host name but to do it using different DNS server
(without configuring my windows again - just for the resolve process)

- can it be done?

- maybe i need to know the tcp/ip resolve commands for running it like whois
command on port 43?

- is there a utility that resolve an address using my DNS server requested?

TIA, z.

I think using nslookup you can specify a DNS server
