Running XP Games on Win2000ProSP4

Is it possible?
Also, can you use a vid card (AGP) on Win2000SP4 that says WinXP is the
minimum?
Thanks,
Buffalo
PS: If so, how to do it.
Do you have to add something like "kernal.ex" like you can do in Win98?

I no longer use XP, only use utilities and OLD small games that work
in both W2K and W98. BTW, even Regback upgrade no longer works in W98.
