Hey.. nice tundra tires Danny!

We ought to start a screen cap processing thread or two. So much can
be done to produce smashing FS images (well not literally.) What are
the latest video driver manipulators that exaggerate the display to
simulate daylight and dark areas? The enbseries .dll? Any others?

You know where this is going, yes? PaintShop Pro

AFAIC you can have the install file for PSP9 (or even 7). It can do a
lot with 100's of editing tools. The Histogram Adjustment comes to mind.

Here... a Histogram Adj animation. First it compresses, then expands.

Then is shifts the centroid or gamma lower, then higher for compressed
and expanded spectrums. The animation above was made with Animation
Shop 3.11 which comes with PSP9.

Hi Danny,
A much easier way is to depart Friedman Memorial Airport (KSUN) in
Hailey, ID to the northeast. Mt. Baldy (where the ski runs are) is only
about 7-8 miles ahead on the left. I have spent many fun hours in a glider
being towed out of Hailey and after release slope-soaring the valley ridges
until I work my way up the valley to the Sun Valley/Ketchum area.

Thanks Randy. I likely have misidentified the ski slopes over which I flew.
KSUN is over 300 miles south of the location in my screen cap. Can you
identify the correct name of those slopes?

I found it. It is the Schweitzer Ski area in the screen shot I posted, NOT
Sun Valley. Now to follow Randy's directions and find Sun Valley.

Hi Danny,
Yep, the ski area in your screen capture is Schweitzer. Sun Valley is in
south central Idaho near KSUN. When I was much younger I used to fly gliders
in RL out of ther Hailey, ID airport (KSUN) during the summer a during
soaring regatta. Sun Valley used to hate us as we would sometimes have to
use one of their golf courses in Sun Valley to make off-field landings. This
is a really beutiful area with lots to see. The Pioneer Mountains are only
about 20 nm northeast of Hailey. The Sawtooth mountains are only about 20 nm
to the northwest. The airport at Hailey is in a valley, and Hailey has some
noise abatement laws so it is sometimes makes interesting approaches
depending on where the wind is coming from. It is an interesting area. Take
care...

Because quite frankly, fearing the best
