Sync 2 calendars

My wife has Exchange at work, and it automatically syncs with her Outlook on
her phone (Windows Mobile 5). If she creates a 2nd calendar in Outlook at
work, will that calendar also sync with her phone? In looking at the
version of Outlook on the phone, it doesn't look like it can handle 2
separate calendars. Is this possible? If not, is there some other (third
party) solution? Thanks.
