Views count wrong and no comments in Youtube?

My PC shows only 304 views but I know for a fact it's over
130,000, also shows no comments when I know there are at least a
few, it was featured in today's Daily Mirror.
What reason would there be for the discrepancies?

You'll have to ask youtube. It has nothing to do with Windows.

There is one single comment, made 13 minutes ago.

My mistake, it seems a few different people posted the same clip, this seems
to be the one others are looking at with the correct count, now 184,000:
