expansion of the leadership team with the addition of Chief Financial
Officer David O’Connor, Vice President of Business Development Greg
Casale and Director of Sales Phil Johnson. AppNeta’s award-winning

service to meet the performance demands of today’s distributed network
infrastructure and mainstream network-dependent applications including
unified communications, cloud services and virtual service delivery.

David O’Connor has joined AppNeta with more than 20 years of experience
with both venture backed and growth equity stage companies from
pre-revenue to $100M in revenue. Prior to AppNeta, O’Connor was the CFO
of Service CEO, a SaaS software company focused on the field service
management industry where O’Connor contributed to the successful
transition from a client server business to a SaaS business. Prior to
Service CEO, O’Connor was CFO of Oblicore, a global cloud computing
service level management enterprise software company acquired by CA and
rolled into their Cloud service business unit.
In his role as vice president of business development for AppNeta, Greg
Casale is responsible for developing strategic alliances with technology
providers, channel partners, and OEMs in the areas of cloud services and
infrastructure, VoIP and video, and web applications. Prior to joining
AppNeta, Greg served as president and CEO of Starbak, Inc., a leading
provider of IP video communications solutions acquired by BurstPoint
Networks. Prior to Starbak, Greg was VP, sales and business development
at Digital Media On Demand, and head of business development for
SightPath, a pioneering developer of content delivery networks acquired
by Cisco.
Phil Johnson joins AppNeta as the director of sales, bringing many years
of successful leadership of sales organizations, most recently as the
director of sales at Vault USA where he developed and built up the sales
process, strategy and inside sales team. Prior to Vault, Johnson was the
manager of inside sales for RSA, The Security Division of EMC where he
led his team to achieve $36M in Revenue within the Commercial,
Enterprise and Federal Government sectors.
