Auto bcc all sent items from selected mailboxes Exchange 2010

With Exchange 2010, is there a way to copy all sent email from one
mailbox to another. Say I want to setup an audit mailbox ZZZ. I want
all email sent from selected mailboxes (multiple) to copy into this
mailbox ZZZ so when I open up mailbox ZZZ, I can see all email sent by
those selected mailboxes.
