Bronto Software, the leading marketing platform for retailers and other
commerce-focused companies, announced today that demand for its email
and cross-channel marketing solutions continued to be very strong in Q2
2012. Numerous new clients, including FLOR, Jawbone, Equal Exchange and
Pictureframes.com and existing account expansion drove revenue growth,
while at the same time, the company significantly expanded its headcount
and physical presence in both the U.S. and in London.
Adding 17 new employees in Q2, Bronto brought its total team size to
142, representing nearly a 50 percent increase in one year. The company
also added positions in London and continues to actively hire to support
its European expansion. To accommodate this growth, Bronto acquired
additional office space in its Durham, NC headquarters and moved into a
larger office in London.
In June, Bronto launched its Revenue Revolution Tour, bringing together
more than 100 retail and commerce marketers in a series of events in New
York City, Chicago and Los Angeles, The tour helped attendees kick-start
their Holiday 2012 planning in order to capitalize on the busiest and
most important shopping time of the year. Thought leaders from Bronto, Internet
Retailer, and WhichTestWon were among the featured speakers.
“Bronto continues to emphasize its focus on commerce marketers by
offering solutions for shopping cart abandonment, advanced segmentation,
transactional messages and more and we’re seeing a positive reaction by
clients and the broader market,” said Joe Colopy, CEO of Bronto.
