Bug#623388: librep: diff for NMU version 0.90.2-1.3

Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for librep (versioned as 0.90.2-1.3) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/3. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer. I've added requested changes requested
by previous comments.
