Bug#641098: VM does not launch

July 12th, 2012 - 03:30 pm ET by Ian Campbell | Report spam
Hi JP,

Wheezy currently has a 3.2 kernel -- does this still happen with this?

If yes then I expect the xend.log (rater than the libvirt log) would be
the place to look for clues.

Ian.

Hello Ian,

That nasty bug does not exists any more with 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and even
3.5-rc6 (I try it yesterday). I try all newer kernels without any
problem. I think it was only a 3.1 related bug.
With all newer kernels all VMs are starting as usual.

Regards

JP P
