This issue is described in
https://support.process-one.net/browse/EJAB-1529. A patch by one of the
upstream authors is attached to the upstream bugreport, but I don't see
it in the upstream git repository yet.

Applied the patch to 2.1.10-2 and built the package, it is confirmed to
fix the issue. However, I had to manually set the fqdn in the config
file here to the name listed in the SRV record, which is not the native
FQDN of the VM it is running on.
