Obviously not, it doesn't break the whole system.

While installing the package in aptitude, I get the following message:

But not openclipart-svg alone. The log shows this:

Setting up openclipart-svg (2.0-2) ...
Processing triggers for menu ...
Processing triggers for libreoffice-common ...

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

openclipart-svg doesn't contain anything which triggers this trigger.
So whatever you upgrade in the same dist-upgrade does, but not openclipart.

Let's look further.

Enabling: Writer2xhtml export filters

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Here it registers lireoffice-writer2xhtml.

Enabling: writer2xhtml-filter.jar

ERROR: (com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException) { { Message = "javaloader
error - no mapping from java to C++ ", Context > (com.sun.star.uno.XInterface) @0 } }
rollback...

And this looks like your Java environment of your URE is broken somehow.
So the registration fails.

Again, what is your upgrade? What is upgraded? Full log.

More care in bug reports, please.

Regards,

Rene
