Cannot Install VPC-PageController Error

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC

When trying to install VPC, I get the following error:

"Operation could not be completed. (.com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error-1). Couldn't open 'Install Virtual PC.mpkg'"

I've installed (and uninstalled) VPC several times in the past, because I was frustrated with how slow it was/didn't see how I could use it efficiently. I'm pretty sure I've done it successfully since I upgraded to Leopard, but I can't swear to it. Any ideas?

May be a corrupt PLIST file or you need to do run Correct Disk Permissions
or Check Disk. Since it just started after working fine then I'd guess it's
a corrupt file over Disk Permissions.
