Can't Download Windows Live Sync

I can't seem to connect to http://sync.live.com If I do connect at all,
I'm only able to get to the login page. After that, I can't seem to get
to the download page in order to download WLS for some strange reason.

Does anybody know of an alternative download location that has the
executable stored on site?

Help in this area would be appreciated. Gbridge has its advantages, but
like all programs, it also has its limitations. I'd kinda like to be
able to use both (Though of course not at the same time :) ).
