Capsilon,
a provider of cloud-based document sharing, imaging and collaboration
solutions, has appointed David Hultquist vice president of marketing
where he will be responsible for product and corporate marketing as well
as partner relationships.
Hultquist has more than 25 years of management experience, an extensive
background in cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and
in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. He previously was
vice president of marketing and vice president of strategic partners at
San Mateo, Calif.–based Dorado Corporation, a provider of SaaS solutions
to the financial industry, now a subsidiary of CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX).
While at Dorado, Hultquist was responsible for marketing and business
development while the company grew from start-up to recognized industry
leader.
Prior to joining Capsilon, Hultquist spent two years providing strategy
and marketing consulting to high technology firms. He also has held
several executive positions at companies including HolonTech, Oracle,
Apple and Hewlett-Packard.

Hultquist holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a
Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
