Changing Owner to Me. Two Admins?

I had a local comp store install w7 pro on my xp laptop. It all works
fine. Logon is just press Enter. and the Start up icon is Owner. The
first two folders under User are Owner, and public. I want Owner to be
my name, but haven't figured out how to do that.

I did manage to change the Owner account to Fireball, but there was some
comment about needing to create an Admin account while I was doing that.
I did it and called it NorthWind. I rebooted, and found two icons on
the screen Fireball as Admin, and NorthWind as Admin. Apparently,
Owner/Fireball was an Admin. Do I really need NorthWind?

You'd be better off demoting Fireball to not be an admin if that's the
day to day account you're going to use. Do it after getting all your
software installed, or you'll get too annoyed by UAC, after that it's
not so painful to live with.
