CPI Aerostructures to Report 2012 First Quarter Financial Results and Conduct Conference Call on Tuesday, May 8th

CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE Amex: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012 on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 prior to the opening of the stock market. CPI Aero’s President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments.
