Debian OCaml Packaging Policy

Hi,

is there a specific reason why our packaging policy shouldn't be
registered with doc-base in the section Debian?

Not that I'm aware of, probably just nobody thought about registering
it. Please go ahead if you have time to do that.




I am working on the documentation, right now! I will do it myself, in
the afternoon (time to commit mu changes).
