Dexter + Chaney’s Spectrum Construction Software Wins Three Awards in Roads & Bridges Magazine Competition

Dexter + Chaney’s (www.dexterchaney.com) construction management product, Spectrum^® Construction Software, has won three awards in the 2012 Contractor's Choice Awards (CCA) program presented by Roads & Bridges magazine. Spectrum won awards in each of the three categories in which it was nominated, taking the Silver in Accounting Software, Bronze in Fleet Management Software, and Bronze in Project Management Software.

The CCA program was started in 2006 to commemorate the magazine’s hundred year anniversary and honors the top products as selected by their readers. Roads & Bridges spends several months developing the ballot for this annual competition and relies on readers’ votes to identify the best equipment and products for the road and/or bridge construction job site. After receiving nominations and verifying the entries, Roads & Bridges posts a voting ballot to www.roadsbridges.com where readers cast their votes for the best equipment and products in the market.

Thousands of Roads & Bridges readers voted on 245 products in more than 30 categories ranging from heavy equipment and work zone safety products to GPS and software solutions. The top products that receive votes in each category are awarded gold, silver or bronze depending on the number of reader votes. A full list of winners will be showcased in the July issue of the magazine and will be featured on www.roadsbridges.com after the issue hits the stands.
