There are 2 ways of doing this; here we will present the quickest and easiest:
Open a DOS window and type the following command:
NET CONFIG SERVER /SRVCOMMENT:"your computers description"
Note: You can input a maximum of 48 characters.
The description that you enter will appear in the Description column.
