We have grouped together in this section the “information” module (I don’t think the term is great, so if you have a suggestion im willing to lisen), which means all of the information found on the web:

• Weather
• Cinema
• Recipes

Weather module


The weather module allows you to look at the weather forecasts for European cities up to 1 week in advance, with the minimum and maximum temperatures displayed.
It also allows you to access the main weather maps for France only.



To specify the city you are interested in, go to the options menu with the heart icon (at the top right of F2) and select “Define cities”.
You will then be able to choose countries, the first letter of your city and finally the city itself. Once added, this will display everything you need to know on the left with extra details show by simply clicking on it.

To access the maps list, click on the “Options” button and select “show maps”. A new screen will appear with the list of maps on the left. You simply need to click on the map that interests you for it to appear.

Note: The main menu at the top right contains current weather information for the first city defined in the weather module.

Cinema module

The cinema module will show you what movies were released this week, or what is on at a particular cinema. Domotix automatically updates the details, the description and the times, with it also being possible to view the trailers.

By default, only those available in the right hand side are available, with this being those usually released in the current week or the coming one.


If you want to obtain what films are showing at your cinema, you will have to add it to your list: to do this, open the “options” menu and select “Choose cinema”. Domotix will ask you to select your department before displaying a list of corresponding theatres. Select your theatre from those that appear on the list to the left.

By clicking on the film display, you will access all of the relative information. From this display, you can also access the films trailer by clicking on the button.

Note: It is possible to recover more information about films at your cinema if it is a megaplex.

Recipes module

The recipe module gives you access to more then 3000 recipes of all varieties. Accessing recipes is done by category and subcategories (eg: entrees -> salads) or by searching on a keyword.

Once the results are displayed, you access the recipe file which provides you a list of necessary ingredients, preparation details and notes about cooking, difficulty and interest.
