eVB + ppc2003 bug

hi all, this is my problem: i have to use an application written in eVB
on a ppc2003 device (Intermec 740)... the application runs perfectly
but when I switch the device off ... the device then failed to wake up
in every way I try... I have to do a warm boot...

I've noticed that this behaviour happens when:

- a connection to a database is open
- the DB that is open, stays on SD (storage card)

if one of that statement is false (no open DB or open DB not in storage
card) the device switch on and off without problems...

I know it's absurd, but it's true... so I can send a stupid source to
prove that, I anybody wants to help me...
