PPT does not print bullets (Wingdings)

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Recently my PPT presentation had stopped printing the bullets (Wingdings) any tips? Maybe removing preference files would do it, anybody know where they are stored?
