Header Files for Debian 2.6.30 kernel

Does anyone know if and where and when the header files for kernel 2.6.30 will come out? Since the OS itself must have used these header files for compoiation it shouldn't be hard to find them. On the other hand there is now a dependence on kbuild ...

Problem in IE8 saving files to folders created in IE7
