Have you had enough of systematically look at your username and logo each time that you click on your start menu? Then this tip is for you.

1.Hide your username

Click “Start”, “Run” and type “regedit”. Click on “OK” and  you will have the Windows Registry open in front of you.

Go to the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Add a new DWORD value called NoUserNameInStartMenu and give this a value of 1.

You can press OK and close the registry editor.
