How can I uninstall Orbx CRM?

If memory serves, you MUST use the FTX Central Control panel, located on the
desktop, and switch to DEFAULT.
Then open the sim and go to the scenery library and uncheck ALL the CRM
entries. Prolly could use the REMOVE AREA, also and remove them there. Now,
Close the Scenery Library and let the database rebuild.
Exit the Sim.

Using the file manager, Go to the Orbx folder located in the Main FSX
folder.
You will see the FTX_NA folder there.
Open it and remove all the folders titled FTX_NA_CRM05, 06, 07, 08. I have
4 of those folders in my FTX_NA folder.

That should do it.

The reason is that some of the original program did not install correctly. I
will reinstall if I can remove it first. I keep getting and "unhandled
exception error". I could not find an uninstall anywhere in the program
listings.
