how to generate time-lock drm?

I am new to DRM.

All i wanted to do is to generate a time-locked DRM for some video clips
relating to my academic work.- to allow others to view it only for say a
2-week period

Any help or suggestion how I can do that easily?

I only need to do this once a year. so does not really justify spending
limited cash on it. Any freeware or MS downloads that allow me to do this?
