I WANT to restrict Guests from downloading

October 05th, 2007 - 03:32 pm ET by Cat Winslow | Report spam
I keep seeing messages that people can't download when they want to. I have
the opposite problem. I want to somehow keep any Guest users from downloading
programs from IE7 onto our PCs in the open lab. (Win XP, btw)
Thanks for any help...

YW. You *definitely* want to download, read and fully understand both the
Handbook and the FAQ before installing SteadyState! IOW, RTFM first. <wink>

PA Bear,

THANKS! Gotta do a little more reading, but it sounds like just what I
need.
Don't know how I missed this little gem, but I'm so glad you shared it
with
me. I'll talk to the powers that be this week and get approval, I'm sure.
