IEAK IE7 Upgrade Proxy settings

I used IEAK7 to package up IE7 into an MSI to deploy to folks in my company.
However there doesn't seem to be a way for it to pick up the exisiting IE7
Proxy settings (any settings on the Connections-->Lan Settings page). Does
anyone know of a way to do this. When I deploy the package to computers, the
existing proxy settings get wiped out, and individual people have different
proxy settings in my company.

I meant to say that "there doesn't seem to be a way for it to pick up the
