Improve Favorites

IE7 is a very good start; I like it; I'm hard to please. :-)

One thing that has always bothered me about IE is that bookmarks (favorites)
as saved as file links. It chews up a lot of disk space, and you can't
easily edit those links with an external program.

As a first step in improvement, please allow an option to automatically
direct Favorites to a particular folder, and do it with one click.

I'll sort out the folder later ... right now I'm in "research mode", and I
need to record bookmarks fast, and sort/filter them later.

There are "too many clicks" involved in saving a bookmark.

Thanks ...

Apologies here on Ctrl-D not working.

It turns out _NONE_ of the Ctrl keys are working with IE.

Ctrl-N should open a new window (it does not).

Note: I'm using the 64-bit version of IE7.

Yes, I'm familiar with Ctrl-D, but did you actually try it on IE7 XP64?
It does nothing.
