InterDigital Completes Sale of Patent Assets to Intel

InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDCC) today announced that certain of its subsidiaries have completed the previously announced sale of roughly 1,700 patents and patent applications to Intel Corporation for $375 million in cash.
