provider, announced that it has appointed Harold Goldberg to the newly
created position of Chief Marketing Officer. In this position, Goldberg
will lead Kony’s corporate and product marketing functions, as well as
act as the company’s chief marketing strategist.

Goldberg has more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software
market, and has led sales and marketing organizations at startups as
well as Fortune 500 companies.

priority is to enable Kony to continue building on its strong foundation
and position the company to take advantage of this explosive market

Prior to Kony, Goldberg was CMO and vice president of strategy for
Merced Systems, the leading Sales and Service Performance Management
company, which was recently acquired by NICE Systems. Prior to Merced,
Goldberg was the CEO of Zend Technologies, the open source company
behind PHP, a key scripting language for web development. He has also
held senior marketing and management positions at BMC Software and at
Remedy, where he played a key role in BMC's acquisitions of several
companies and in Remedy's acquisition by BMC.
