Global
Knowledge, worldwide leader in IT and business skills
training, will host a free, live webinar entitled “PowerShell:
What You Need To Know” at 12 pm ET on Wednesday, July
27, 2011. In the hour-long webinar, Global Knowledge practice lead Craig
Brown will provide practical answers to frequently asked Windows
PowerShell questions.
Webinar attendees will learn about the importance of Microsoft’s
shift to PowerShell and how PowerShell has moved from the developer's
domain to the administrator's domain. They will learn about basic
Windows PowerShell configuration and administration, and they will
discover PowerShell resources as well as some frequently used PowerShell
administrative cmdlets. Finally, webinar attendees will learn how to
continue using PowerShell in their environments.
“IT administrators can no longer avoid interacting with
PowerShell—nor should they,” declared Brown. "It has become an important
presence in the Microsoft Enterprise network.”
