Fujitsu, one of the world’s leading IT service providers, has
today entered into a five-year European service delivery agreement with
Lindorff Group, a leading company within debt-related administrative
services in Europe. The contract has an initial value of 34 million
Euros and covers full outsourcing and development of Lindorff’s IT
infrastructure in 11 countries.

About the agreement
Under the terms of the agreement, Fujitsu will be
responsible for an integrated and end-to-end service delivery,
centralizing Lindorff’s current ICT systems, as well as both on-site and
remove services across Lindorff’s locations. The agreement also covers
server hosting and administration, and PC, storage and collaboration
systems through a standardized Fujitsu cloud model, as well
as networkservices and 24/7 multilingual service desk. The agreement
started on June 1, 2012.
