As you may already know, Internet Explorer saves all of the pages that you visit onto your Hard Drive so that it will speed up future visits to the same pages, which is called saving to the cache.
But what we dont know is that if we leave teh default options then this cache wont differentiate between secured pages and others.
This can be dangerous in some cases; for example a bad person could look around our secured pages that are cached and find confidential information.
To disable this function, open Internet Explorer, click on “Tools” and select “Internet Options”.
In the window that openes, go to the “Advanced” tab and select the “Do not cache encrypted pages on the disk” in the “Security” settings.
Once this has been done, click on the OK button and everything is done.
This tip is valid for all versions of Internet Explorer.
