AudienceView
will showcase its industry-leading ticketing, fundraising and customer
relationship management (CRM) solution for attendees of the upcoming
Arts Marketing Association (AMA) Conference 2012 in Brighton, UK. The
fully integrated, web-based solution is used by more than 170 arts,
entertainment, sports and non-traditional ticketing organisations,
representing 550+ venues in 13 countries.
“We are pleased to be supporting many forward-thinking marketing
professionals who recognise that mobile-optimised web ticketing, social
ticketing and funds management are valuable differentiators when they
are integrated as core components of their overall solution,” said
Christian Terrill, Director of Business Development, Europe for
AudienceView. “Patrons of the arts have an abundance of choices for
their live entertainment experiences and their financial support. In
today’s economically challenging times it is important to engage patrons
and donors, and to show them they are valued. This can be accomplished
by providing a superb, customised user experience and through one-to-one
marketing initiatives. New opportunities to attract, retain and upgrade
donors through ticketing benefits, memberships and other entitlements
can also be identified through the use of our single database, which
provides a full, 360-degree customer view.”
In addition to traditional, online and mobile ticketing, AudienceView
offers the world’s only buy and reserve ticketing functionality through
Facebook. The technology, called AVTiki,
was launched in October 2011 in partnership with The Ticket Factory, a
leading national ticketing agent in the UK. It has since been
successfully deployed by the Tribeca Film Festival® (New York, USA) and
TicketWorld (Manila, Philippines) as part of a staged roll-out strategy,
with general availability scheduled for later this year. AVTiki is a
true example of social ticketing, providing the benefits of viral event
promotion with no extra effort or additional marketing spend.
Powerful business intelligence, a proprietary content management system
(CMS) and ecommerce capabilities are also integrated in the AudienceView
solution.
