Nexxlinx, an Atlanta-based provider of Business Process Outsourcing and
marketing services, has announced an agreement in principle for Nexxlinx
to acquire Microdyne Outsourcing, Inc. from L-3 Communications
Corporation. Microdyne, based in Orono, ME, provides outsourced contact
center services and fulfillment to a diverse range of industries,
including government, telecommunications, e-commerce, video gaming, and
publishing.

terms of quality employees and overall capacity. According to Craig

significantly expand the employment at the Orono facility this year.”
Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
