The North
Carolina Technology Association (NCTA), the primary voice of
the technology industry in North Carolina, today announced its 2012
ThinkTech conference will be held on September 18, 2012 at the Hilton
Charlotte Center City. The theme of this year’s conference is
“Disruptive Technologies in the Workplace.”
Leaders throughout the region will gather at the event to discuss how
they are addressing the generational digital divide, the new face of
productivity and how workplace culture is evolving to find (or retrain)
the talent needed to remain competitive.
Panel discussion segments, including leaders from AccruePartners,
AvidXchange, Balfour Beatty Mission Critical, CapTech, Carolinas
HealthCare, Charlotte Mecklenburg Police, Department, Coca-Cola Bottling
Co. Consolidated, Discovery Education, Electrolux, IT-ology, North
Highland, Red Ventures, and TIAA-CREF will tackle topics such as:

The conference agenda will also feature a N.C. Leadership Segment with
gubernatorial nominees Lt. Governor Walter Dalton (invited) and former
Charlotte Mayor Pat McCrory (confirmed) addressing the audience.
