This search tool, available at www.officescape.com and on mobile devices, simplifies the process of reviewing and reserving on-demand, work-ready space at various office locations, around the world.

Similar to search tools on popular travel sites, it allows users to enter addresses or zip codes to search for available offices and meeting rooms in their area. Users can select the type of space they need and the length of time they plan to use it. Once results are returned, users can filter those results by capacity, distance, available amenities and price. Each location listed includes a photo of the building, a brief description of amenities, a map of the location and shows the distance to that location from the address entered. Users can also choose to review available locations using a map tool which pinpoints each office and meeting room location returned in the results. Reserving space at the selected location is as simple as clicking the “select” button. For Officescape’s Office on Demand℠ members or Virtual Office 2.0 users the reservation is confirmed by entering their login information. New users simply need to complete a short, online form to setup a new account before completing the reservation.
