Orange Poland Delivers Mobile Euro Cup 2012 TV Coverage to Android and Apple Smartphones and Tablets Using AuthenTec’s Downloadable DRM

AuthenTec (NASDAQ:AUTH), a leading provider of mobile and network security, announced today that Orange Poland (Orange Polska) has launched Poland’s new major mobile TV and movie content service for Android and iOS platforms via a downloadable application. Orange Polska’s core part of ‘TV Here and There’ mobile TV service, which is now being rolled out across Poland, is made possible through the incorporation of AuthenTec’s Downloadable DRM Fusion™ for PlayReady content protection. Orange Polska clients can watch live transmissions of UEFA EURO 2012 matches provided by TVP, official broadcaster, available through a special portal developed by Orange and "Telewizja Tu i Tam" mobile app.

Orange Polska’s new TV Here and There service allows its subscribers to watch a TV show or movie on their PC, TV set and also tablets and smartphones, or even on multiple devices simultaneously. For the first three months of the new TV Here and There service, customers have free access to over 20 TV channels and 30 movies per month on demand, with ten new titles added each month.
